Free games from the Epic Games Store | August 2022

In addition to the multiple free-to-play games available on the platform, every month Epic Games allows its community to pick up various titles for free. Here’s how to take advantage of it.

In an effort to attract new players to their online content distribution platform, every week Epic Games offers a must-have discount on select games from their catalog, allowing players to pick them up for free with no commitment.

From week to week, 1 or 2 games are offered to anyone who wants them. These titles that find themselves under the spotlight for 7 days are diverse and varied, ranging from management and survival games that are just begging to be known, to intriguing RPGs and nuggets of the videogame landscape.

The free games of July on the Epic Games Store

Every Thursday starting at 5pm, the list of free games on the Epic Games Store evolves, making 1 or even 2 new games available for free for the week. To add them to your library, simply go to the “free games” tab in the store, click on the desired titles and then click get to add them to your cart. You will then only have to confirm your order.

For the week of August 4 to 11 it is “Unrailed!” that is in the spotlight. Starting August 11 at 5 p.m., it will be replaced by “Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!”.

Between Borderlands 3, the Bioshock, Prey or even Iratus: Lord of the Dead, regularly must-have opuses are available for free. Keep an eye on the Epic Games Store to not miss any of them!
