With the release of Tower of Fantasy most imminent, here’s something to get you ready for the arrival of this new futuristic Action-RPG that may well overshadow Genshin Impact.
At first glance, Tower of Fantasy bears a striking resemblance to Genshin Impact. Nevertheless while its colorful, animated aesthetic and mechanics greatly resemble miHoYo’s free-to-play game, a number of fundamental differences allow it to stand out from the many imitations that have followed Genshin Impact’s release.
While this new Eden has been attracting a lot of attention for several months, with just a few days to go before its release, Tower of Fantasy is on everyone’s lips. And for good reason! In order to get the mouths of aspiring gamers watering, Hotta Studio recently shared a trailer revealing the planet Aida and the multiple activities players will be able to engage in.
When is Tower of Fantasy released in France
Tower of Fantasy will be available in the hexagon, as well as in Europe, starting Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 2 a.m.
On which platforms is it available?
As of August 11, Tower of Fantasy will be available on PC (via a launcher that will be accessible on the website, then later via Steam and Epic Games Store) and mobile (iOS and Android). For the moment no release on consoles has been indicated, it will probably depend on the reception it gets on PC and mobile.
Are rewards already being offered?
To galvanize the enthusiasm of internet users, and motivate them to pre-register, Hotta Studio has implemented a tier system, where each tier reached allows players to unlock rewards upon release.
Is it possible to pre-download Tower of Fantasy?
Since the beast still weighs in at nearly 30 GB on PC and about 20 GB on phone, a pre-download has been set up, so players who aren’t lucky enough to have a fast connection won’t be harmed.
The pre-download should be available on August 9, probably again as early as 2am. To pre-download it, all you have to do is go to the game’s page and start the download as soon as it’s available.
With more than 4 million players already registered to be ready on D-Day, we can expect Tower of Fantasy to have a great start.
