As you most likely know, the leaders of the Team Go Rocket are formidable opponents. While the minions are largely accessible to anyone willing to take them on, an opponent like Arlo is much tougher and requires a modicum of preparation. Just like the other leaders of Team Go Rocket, it’s best to be well prepared before the fight!
