FIFA 23 fans were disappointed to learn that crossplay would not be available on the game at launch, but nothing is over.

For several years now, FIFA fans have been praying that EA SPORTS would add a feature to play with players from other platforms on the simulation game. Many games like Call of Duty, Fortnite and Apex Legends have now been using this system for years and FIFA was still missing.

For the first time in its history, crossplay will be added to FIFA 23 but some players were still not satisfied as the feature only stops at a few game modes with some still being left out.

The community was mainly disappointed that the Club Pro mode will not use this system for FIFA 23, which means that players coming from different consoles/platforms will still not be able to team up. This is the case at launch, however, but things could change over the life of the game.
