The Warzone meta finally balances out despite a slight advantage for Vanguard weapons

After multiple weapon nerfs, the Warzone meta seems to have a stage where Vanguard, Modern Warfare, and Cold War weapons are finally on par.

Vanguard’s weapons made their appearance in Warzone alongside Caldera in December 2021, and immediately became the must-use meta choices.

Throughout this period, players were desperately waiting for the old Modern Warfare and Cold War weapons to return to the meta, and through the Season 4 Reloaded update, the developers finally upgraded some of these weapons.

This has resulted in one of the most balanced metas we’ve seen in a long time, as players can’t decide which weapon is better, though it’s clear that Vanguard’s weapons still remain the favorites.

And while WZRanked’s data proves that the NZ-41 and Marco 5 have far outpaced the other weapons in popularity since late June, their popularity has dropped off sharply with the Season 4 Reloaded update.
